Irish Country Meats is a fully integrated specialist lamb processing facility. We harvest all parts of the lambs and sheep being slaughtered at our processing plants and make them available as either fresh or prozen produce.
Irish Country Meats offers a wide choice of sheep by-products. Our range of offal includes products such as liver, kidney, trachea, tripe, sweetbread and lungs. Manufacturing related products include fat, trims and bones, while our range of hides include double-face, fellmonger (nappa) and pelts.
These products can be shipped in refrigerated containers to a variety of global destinations.
