Today FM DJ, Tony Fenton took over the role of Head Chef on RTE's 'The Restaurant' on Thursday night last. Featured on his menu was 'Oven Roasted Loin of Slaney Lamb, Carrot, Parsnip & Parmesan Purée, Baby Vegetables & Rosemary Jus'.
